Your responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
- Support daily operations and maintain accurate customer files
- Provide advice on client purchases and recommend sustainable alternatives
- Resolve issues requiring detailed investigation and research
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, speed and accuracy
Your profile
- Native level of German and excellent level of English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Attentive listener with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Motivation to relocate to Lisbon for an international career
Working conditions
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week
- Schedule from Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 6 pm, on-site in Lisbon
- Twelve-month renewable contract
Compensation and benefits
- Annual salary of 15,700 € paid 14 times per year
- Monthly bonus up to 150 €
- Meal vouchers of 7 € per workday
