Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Specialist will be:

  • Handling customer inquiries related to the Omnipod Insulin Management System
  • Managing orders and coordinating product shipments
  • Providing clear guidance and empathetic support to customers and caregivers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Encouraging compliance and proper product use to improve patient outcomes

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Fluent level of French and good command of English
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Motivation, adaptability, and teamwork skills
  • Interest in healthcare, medicine, or medical technology

What’s in it for you?

  • Signing bonus: 1,500€
  • Contract type: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable yearly
  • Working hours: Full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 24/7)
  • Salary package (2 options):
  • With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1,040€ gross/month
  • Without accommodation: 1,240€ gross/month
  • Flight expenses reimbursed after 9 months
  • Airport pick-up and administrative support upon arrival (bank account, paperwork, etc.)
