Our client, a major player in the mobility and parking industry, offers an innovative application that allows drivers to book and pay for their parking spaces via a website and mobile app. Through strategic partnerships with numerous public and private parking operators (hotels, office buildings, etc.), this company simplifies parking for both individuals and businesses while offering competitive rates. Their network currently includes more than 3,500 car parks across France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, and Germany.
Your responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers (B2C) via phone and email.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve customer and partner issues.
- Collaborate with the account management team to gather information and handle specific cases.
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve products and services.
Your profile:
- Proven first experience in a customer-oriented role (B2B experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and empathy.
- Passionate about customer contact and problem-solving.
- Languages: Fluent in French, Spanish, and English (conversational level required in English).
- Knowledge of Italian, German, or Dutch is a plus.
- You already live in Barcelona or are willing to relocate there.
