Your responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide advice on purchases.
  • Support daily operations, reconciliations, and customer file management.
  • Resolve issues requiring investigation or research.
  • Suggest sustainable solutions and alternatives to clients.
  • Contribute to improving efficiency, accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.

Your profile

  • Native-level German with excellent English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and active listening.
  • Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career.

  • Salary: €15,700 yearly (paid 14 times) + up to €150 monthly bonus.
  • Benefits: €7 meal voucher per working day.
  • Contract: 12-month renewable, starting from day one.
  • Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), Monday–Sunday, 9 am – 6 pm, on-site in Lisbon.
