In this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Malaga and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

We’re on the lookout for a Dutch-speaking Customer Representatives (On-site) to join our team of game-changers who engage with customers from top brands that could be from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, or another leading-edge industry.

What you will do in this role
As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:
- Answer questions and help eCommerce customers by phone and chat with relevant actions related to online orders and deliveries
- Handle calls that are not answered by stores and submit customer inquiries via CRM systems
- Work together as a group and achieve set goals

- Are energetic with well-developed communication skills

- Have good computer skills, knowledge and experience of Microsoft and Internet.
