Customer Service – German Speaker – Food Delivery Brand – Lisbon

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound queries from customers (B2C) and resolve issues
• Support couriers in case of delivery problems
• Conduct outbound calls to gain new B2B clients
• Identify problems, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Record all data accurately in the CRM system
• Work collaboratively within the team to contribute to project success

Your Profile

• Native-level German and at least B2 English
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Attentive, professional, and motivated to deliver quality service
• Team player with a drive for excellence
• Excited about intercultural communication and working abroad
• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon
• Valid Portuguese work permit required

• Working hours: Full-time, rotating shifts (depending on project)

• With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 950€ gross/month
• Without accommodation: 1,300€ gross/month
• Training period (4 weeks): 50% of hourly wage (lower taxes)
