Customer Representative (French-speaking) - On-site

In this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is on-site in our beautifully renovated facility in Barcelona and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:

- Provide with accurate information to our customer

- Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests

- Ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores

- Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds…)

- Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies and procedures.
