Job description

In this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Malaga and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this role


As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:


- Manage reservations (modification, cancellation, or creation of new reservations)

- Advise clients on the services we provide by phone or email

- Manage the back-office of reservations (issuance, modification and cancellation of reservations)

- Provide after-sales service (litigation and compensation management)

- Manage and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)

- Are proficient or bilingual in Flemish plus an advanced level of French and English,

- Are yourself! With interpersonal skills, good listening skills and a sense of service!

- Have a good team spirit, a taste for challenges and challenges will come in handy on a daily basis!

- Can demonstrate good oral and written expression and an ability to adapt

- Are an IT literate in order to easily handle our tools.


It will be a plus


- We will appreciate you as caring, empathetic, curious and dynamic!

- If you have previous experience as a travel agent is an asset and knowledge of GDS tools (Saber, Amadeus, Galileo)
