Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Advisor for the Banking Sector will be
- Assisting customers with inquiries via phone, chat and email
- Providing support regarding banking products and services
- Handling complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining quality standards

- EU Citizenship or valid work permit/residency card is mandatory
- Native French speaker with a business proficiency level of English
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Motivated, committed, and team-oriented
- Willing to work with people from various nationalities

What’s in it for you
- Type of contract: long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year

- With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
- Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
- Compensation during training (1 to 4 weeks): 50% of hourly wages (lower taxes)
