Job description

Are you an empathetic person, a good listener, and passionate about customer satisfaction? Do you have an excellent command of written French, allowing you to respond to customer requests via email and chat in an effective and professional manner? If so, this opportunity is for you.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Respond to customer inquiries exclusively via email and chat, ensuring smooth and professional communication.
  • Identify customer issues and provide tailored solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record and update information in the CRM system.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written command of French.
  • Understanding of the importance of quality customer experience and its impact on overall satisfaction.
  • Empathy, active listening, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • English proficiency is an asset but not mandatory.
  • An interest in the online gaming industry would be appreciated but is not required.
  • Must reside in Barcelona and hold a valid NIE.

What We Offer:

  • Permanent contract with a 3-month trial period.
  • After a successful trial, 1–2 days of remote work per week.
  • Rotating shifts: between 9 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday, with two weekends per month required.
  • Gross annual salary of €22,200.
  • Office located in the heart of Barcelona, with an open space and terrace.
