Your responsibilities and impact as an American Tobacco Sales Agent will be:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web contact
- Managing orders, order fulfillment, and post-sales activities
- Calling and qualifying new leads and potential clients
- Understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Engaging in up-selling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
- Building and enriching the client database
- Creating business opportunities and growing accounts
- Maintaining close communication with the team to share updates and information
- Providing ad-hoc support and contributing to team success
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native-level German speaker with good command of English
- Strong sales drive with persistence and determination
- Business acumen and interest in sales strategies
- Negotiation skills or eagerness to develop them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation, reliability, and professionalism
- Team spirit and willingness to work in a multicultural environment
What’s in it for you?
- Contract type: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
- Working hours: Full-time or part-time, rotating shifts depending on the project
- Salary package (depending on experience, two options):
- With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €950 – €1,000 gross/month
- Without accommodation: €1,300 – €1,400 gross/month
- Bonus system based on qualified leads
