We are looking for a French-speaking Account Manager to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits: 

- Full time 39 hours/week contract: rotative, Monday - Friday 8:30-18:00

- Salary 18 400 euros gross/year + up to 4800 euros gross/year in bonus

What you’ll experience with us

As an Account Manager in our team, you will:

- Manage your book of business that consists of existing clients

- Consistently deliver towards revenue targets while delivering outstanding customer sales experience

- Communicate with customers proactively, via phone and email

- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets

- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound

- Focus on driving profitability through proactive management

- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales plan

- Assess opportunities for upgrades and additional managed services

- Review level of client satisfaction, and escalating issues when necessary

We’ll be a great match if you:

- Are native or proficient in French with an advanced level of English. Spanish is a plus!

- Possess excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills

- Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritization

- Are able to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions

- Are eager, a quick learner with strong team-work spirit

- Have the ability to perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment

- Are resistant to stress

It would be a plus if you:

- Have experience in B2B sales and account management
