Work in Athens: Customer Service in the car industry (Dutch Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Specialist will be:

• Identify, reply and solve customer’s requests via phone, email and chat
• Providing professional customer service solutions over the phone, live chat and emails
• Troubleshooting any malfunctions in the digital services
• Correcting data such as GPS location, drivers data, scheduled maintenance, fuel consumption etc.
• Guaranteeing clients satisfaction and high level of quality 
• Ensuring and participate in the success of the department

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You are a native Dutch or Flemish speaker with good English
• You have an affinity or interest for the automotive industry
• You have a strong customer focus and always ready to help
• You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
• You are able to work in fast-paced environments and have a professional attitude
• You are a real team player and enjoy working in multicultural environments

• A full-time job, 40 hours a week
• Salary: 1200€ gross per month x 14 salaries per year + performance-related bonus up to €200 monthly
• Schedule: available to work in rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday between 9AM and 9PM
