  • Support Bank Customers;
  • Provide clear information about products and services
  • Manage customer requests and clarify any doubts
  • Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand
  • Provide top-class interactions and customer service in rotating shifts.


  • Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Turkish
  • Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2)
  • Ideally previous experience in Customer Support positions within an online environment.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment, online advertising, or ad product experience
  • Strong communication, customer service, relationship management, troubleshooting and support skills
  • Any education or experience background related to banking would be a plus.
