Job description
Our client, a Belgian-based engineering company with more than 50 years of experience in signaling and railway transport is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Engineer will be:
- Collaborate with the sales, administrative, and management teams to contribute technically to various projects
- Organize and monitor deliveries, maintain close customer relations, and liaise with suppliers
- Provide technical support for the installation, maintenance, and use of machine tools
- Offer technical support for CADCAM/Solidcam (technical sales, training, aftersales)
- Engage in CAD drawing with proficiency, utilizing reverse engineering scanners to create 3D drawings of parts
- Commission and maintain 3D printers, manage in-house 3D printing production (Polymer + Metal)
- Provide technical sales support for the sale of 3D printers
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- 3+ years of experience - 2 years of hands on experience with machine tools is required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering
- Experience with CAD
- A minimum C1 level of both Dutch and English is required – French is a plus.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to travel within Belgium
- Valid driver's license (B)
