REQUIREMENTS

What you will bring:

  • Fluency in Swedish.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Strong understanding and empathy for people, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or handling claims and consumer complaints is advantageous and will be considered an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills, along with a problem-solving mentality.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, with a good understanding of MS programs.
  • A positive and adventurous attitude.
  • A curiosity-driven mindset, eager to learn and understand everything.
  • Results-driven thinking, aiming to resolve any issue efficiently and effectively, following up as needed to ensure consumer satisfaction.
