Our client is a major player in the global technology industry, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team that provides customer support for innovative mobile and desktop devices.
Your role:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.)
- Assist with account security and password-related queries
- Guide customers through repair set-ups for hardware issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to second-level support when needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Your profile:
- Fluent in Swedish and confident in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with iOS/macOS or similar technology
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
