Your responsibilities and impact as Payment Specialist will be:
- Backoffice is the core of the role.
- Interaction with payment partners to
- ensure the accurate and timely processing
- of payments by creditcard, debit card, bank
- transfer, loan and leasing.
- Processing of customer related queries
- concerning payments, refunds, VAT related
- changes, amending and re-printing invoices,
- raising credit/debit memos and
- reconciliation.
- Liaison and key support role for Sales,
- Sales Support, Finance on daily operational
- issues, problem escalation and resolution.
- Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:Native Dutch speaker with a fluent level of English
- Strong communication skills, team player, customer
- focused and maintain a professional attitude.
- Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in an information sensitive environment.
- As this job is directly related to order volume, flexibility is
- required and will occasionally involve overtime work.
- Highly motivated and organized with the ability to work
- to tight deadlines.
- Experience in SAP and MS Excel is an advantage.
What’s in it for you?
- Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every year
- Working hours: full time (40h/week)
- Monday to Sunday, availability to work between 7am - 00:00, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule
Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
- Excluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/month
For international candidates:
- Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 3 months
- Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival
- Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company

(*) Compensation during training period if successful (10 days): 42.72 euros per day
