Norwegian speaking (Bilingual) Reactivation Sales Agent

We are Enteractive, a third-party service provider in the iGaming industry. We are experts in the activation and reactivation of players from online casino and sportsbook operators. Through our (Re)Activation Cloud®, we call the players to promote our client’s platforms while making sure they play responsibly. 💚

We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking (Bilingual) Reactivation Sales Agent to join our Sales Team in Gzira, Malta.

What you’ll be doing:

• Outbound calling (B2C) to inactive players;
• Representing different casino and sportsbook brands;
• Understanding players' needs and expectations;
• Promoting current bonus campaigns, if applicable;
• Introducing new games, features, payment methods, and any other relevant updates on iGaming platforms;
• Reaching the goals and targets set together with your country manager;
• Guiding players through the website, if necessary.

What you'll bring:

• You are a Norwegian native speaker & you speak another language and have conversational in English;
• You are natural at engaging and leading conversations;
• You are interested in sports and online casinos;
• You have sales capabilities.
