Materials Sourcing Manager (Spanish Speaker)

This position will be based in Girona, Spain. Full-time in office. 

Your responsibilities and Impact as a Materials Sourcing Manager: 

• Taking charge of the procurement team, overseeing their performance and fostering their professional growth.
• Formulating and monitoring the stock safety policy to ensure adequate stock coverage and swiftly addressing capacity challenges.
• Spearheading the management of critical stockouts and promptly escalating incidents requiring immediate attention.
• Collaborating in the introduction of new products, closely monitoring procurement needs planning, and effectively communicating updates to the Project Manager.
• Diligently tracking and reporting on procurement KPIs, devising and executing strategies to achieve targeted goals.

Requirements:

• A university degree in Engineering, with a strong focus on Supply Chain.
• You possess approximately 6 years of hands-on experience in sourcing materials and/or components or similar positions, with a proven track record in leading and motivating teams.
• Team leadership experience is a must have.
• Demonstrating advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, Office, and PowerBi.
• Fluent in Spanish & English. Additional languages such as French & Italian are considered a bonus.
