Icelandic Customer Advisor

Location: Greece

Role: Icelandic Customer Support Advisor

Salary: 1300€ per month + up to 10% monthly performance bonus

Relocation:  Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 2 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.

The Role

 We are recruiting for fluent Icelandic speaking Customer Advisors for a global outsourcer in Greece. This job is based in Athens, where you will work in an international setting. Beside the warm and sunny Mediterranean climate, this seaside town has a lot to offer!

As a Customer Support Advisor you will represent a very well known electronics company, and you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat in regards to their devices. Recommending products, some light technical troubleshooting and assisting in regards to ordering spare parts will be part of your daily tasks.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

• Excellent communication skills in Icelandic both written and spoken
• Interest in technology
• Good command of English
• Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
• Previous customer service or tech support experience desired
• Previous customer service experience is a plus. 
• Ability to show empathy and handle difficult customers
• Multi tasking skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations on calls.
• Positive & Flexible attitude
• Experience in Technical Support is preferred
• Self – Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices 
• Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps
• Client’s products users Preferred
