German speaking Social Media Agent - work from home in Portugal

Location: Remote - work from home in Portugal

Role: German Social Media Advisor

Salary: Basic gross p/m Euro 1100 (14 months) + Euro 100 p/m bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher

Working hrs: 40 hrs per/week rotational between Monday to Sunday 8am - 9pm

Relocation: In Portugal only (Work from Home)

The Company

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub Portugal, they are looking to recruit German speaking Social Media Advisors. This will be a fully remote work from home job in Portugal.

The Role

As a German Social Media Advisor, you will be working for a premier global media and entertainment company, which offers audiences the world’s most differentiated and complete portfolio of content, brands and franchises across television, film, streaming and gaming.

You will receive incoming requests from platform users via Social Media, email and live chat in regards to their subscriptions, technology and troubleshooting. Problem solving, and assisting the customer in an efficient manner is important in this role, as you will have to provide support and accurate real time responses. This is a versatile and exciting role where you will assist German speaking customers.

Requirements

• Fluent German
• English Proficiency
• Previous Customer service/technical support experience desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and attention to details
• Have good internet connection and home office facility

Salary and benefits

Competitive monthly gross salary of basic gross p/m Euro 1100 (14 months) + Euro 100 p/m bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher. Fully paid training is provided. Excellent career opportunities. Free health insurance after 6 months in service.
