What You'll Do:

• 📞💬 Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
• 🛡️ Ensure full functionality of the antivirus protection
• 🛠️ Troubleshoot technical issues with your problem-solving prowess
• 🔍 Track and follow cases to ensure efficient closure
• 😊 Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
• 🤝 Provide strong, professional relationships with partners and show empathy always
• 🖥️ Log cases on internal systems, staying updated with client’s products & services

Requirements:

• 🇩🇪 Fluency in German
• 🌐 Very good communication skills in English
• 💬 Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities
• 💻 Good knowledge of operating systems & computer applications
• ❤️ Empathy and passion for customer service, excellent teamwork, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently
• 🌟 Adaptability to different customer personalities, cultures, and profiles
• 🖥️ Help-desk or system admin experience is a plus
