This person would be responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations to ensure delivery of service within the agreed quantitative and qualitative standards with a focus on team performance, customer satisfaction and timely resolutions.


  • Maintain agreed service levels for the DE labels
  • Support the DE hotline
  • Liaise with players on account-related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care
  • Handle customer documents as part of the KYC or risk prevention flow
  • Review customer withdrawals within the agreed time frames
  • Perform overall review of accounts as part of withdrawal approval and/or fraud prevention procedures
  • Analyze customer deposits and account categories, to prevent fraud, correct errors and resolve problems
  • Analyze records of Affiliate accounts, to ascertain whether there are any irregularities
  • Suggest improvements to procedures and systems, in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care
  • Investigate financial irregularities on accounts
  • Work with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud
  • Help maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contact
  • Investigate risk issues relating to third-party processors
  • Check gaming history


  • Experience in the Risk division (6 months+) or in Customer Service (1 year+)
  • Sound knowledge of the different aspects of Risk work including Online Payments or Financial
  • Services knowledge
  • Ability to identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns
  • Sound and demonstrable experience with fraud analysis and investigations
  • Fluent in German language and English at business level
  • Command of another language is a plus
  • Good communication skills and ability to effectively deliver feedback
  • Self-motivation
  • Ability to perform well under tight deadlines within a dynamic environment
  • Very good command of Microsoft office tools
  • Proven aptitude to work in a team, as well as guide and influence others
  • Strong logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work on hybrid mode in regards to office-home work
  • Ability to work on 24/7 shifts – Morning, Afternoon, Night shift (night shift is optional)


  • Permanent working contract
  • Annual Gross Salary: 25.000 € (split in 14 payments)
  • Food Allowance: paid monthly: 6,83 € net per working day
