Location: Lisbon - hybrid (mix of home and office work)
Salary: 21,820€ gross p/a plus performance bonus plus benefits and food vouchers and monthly public transport allowance
Relocation package: 2,000€ gross relo bonus paid out with 1st salary payment
Our client is a global outsourcing company headquartered in the USA employing over 290,000 people in 160 international offices. Well known for partnering with many world-leading brands, this company has recently opened a brand new, urban-chic style office by the coast in Lisbon, where it is now a hub for support for one of world's biggest IT brands.
As a Junior Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist you are passionate about the web and new technologies and you want to learn about the world of digital marketing. In this role, you will work with an assigned portfolio of new clients in order to help them develop their online advertising campaigns with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. You will handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through phone calls and assist them with their PPC Campaigns. Your responsibility is to review and analyse their campaigns and implement optimization solutions & strategies for your clients by creation of keyword packs, bids and budget suggestions .You will also analyze data and trends in order to create meaningful insights for customers and report on key performance indicators. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets as well as be part of a larger team.
The successful Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist has:
- Fluency in English and German
- Previous work experience in a contact centre environment
- Real interest in digital marketing
- Ability for critical thinking, analysis and attention to detail
- Keen to learn
Relocation Package and Benefits
Full paid training will be provided. There is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes a relocation bonus of 2000 Euro. Besides this there are plenty of benefits including meal allowance, transport allowance, health insurance and life insurance.
The interview process can be done remotely via phone and video. There will be an information/screen call, a test and an official interview.
