What you will be doing

  • Investigate player behaviour and identify potential signs of addiction
  • Reach out to at-risk players and provide appropriate support and guidance
  • Ensure underage players are blocked during the registration process
  • Assess self-excluded accounts and process potential refunds
  • Maintain and review case reports on a regular basis
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior stakeholders with detailed recommendations
  • Suggest improvements to Responsible Gaming procedures and workflows
  • Collaborate with management to promote a culture of Responsible Gaming, including awareness initiatives and internal training
