Over de functies
Video Content Analyst

Als Video Content Analyst houd jij je o.a. bezig met het beoordelen van online advertenties binnen een populaire streamingdienst en het verwijderen van ongepaste inhoud. Jij controleert of de gedeelde content aan de regels en het beleid van de streamingdienst voldoet. Kortom, jij hebt de belangrijke taak om het platform vrij te houden van ongewenst gedrag en ervoor te zorgen dat het platform veilig en leuk blijft! 

Klantenservice medewerker

In deze belangrijke rol beantwoord je via de telefoon, e-mail of chat vragen van klanten over het streaming platform. Zo kun je bijvoorbeeld vragen krijgen over eventuele storingen die zich op het platform voordoen of over producten die de klanten op het platform gekocht hebben. 

Quality Analyst

Als Quality Analyst ondersteun jij het klantenservice team en zorg jij ervoor dat zij hun werk elke dag zo goed mogelijk kunnen uitvoeren. Over het bedrijf
Onze klant in Lissabon is een Amerikaans multinationaal IT- en adviesbureau met werknemers uit verschillende landen. Het hoofdkantoor bevindt zich in Teaneck, New Jersey VS, maar ze hebben ook een kantoor in Lissabon, Portugal. 

Voordat je aan de slag gaat volg je een uitgebreide en volledig betaalde training van ongeveer 2 maanden. Tijdens deze training leer je alles over het vak en de systemen binnen het bedrijf. Het is belangrijk dat je een goed woordje Engels spreekt, aangezien deze training voor het grootste gedeelte in het Engels wordt gegeven. Bovendien is het belangrijk dat je flexibel bent, aangezien je in shifts zult werken. 

Je hebt geen ervaring nodig en je ontvangt een marktconform salaris. Indien je al ervaring hebt kun je direct een hoger salaris verdienen, anders krijg je een salarisverhoging na 12 maanden in dienst. Bovendien ontvang je een verhuiskostenvergoeding van maar liefst €2.000. De eerste € 1.400,- wordt uitbetaald bij het eerste salaris en de resterende € 600,- ontvang je na je training.
