We are looking for Dutch Customer Service Associates to work for Bol.com, an e-shop in the Netherlands that offers general merchandising products in categories such as music, film, electronics, toys, jewelry, watches, baby products, gardening and DIY.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing the Netherlands’ leading online retailer
  • Listen to what drives our customers and provide solutions either by phone calls, emails, or chats
  • Handle inquiries about product orders, payments and deliveries, as well as customer complaints
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers


Requirements

What you need to have:

  • Native /near-native level in Dutch
  • B2-level English skills
  • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional problem-solving and ability to respond to different types of characters
  • Adaptive skills and team spirit
  • European citizenship or work permit for Greece
