Customer Success Advisor – Dutch (Remote)
WorkNomads
Job description
Join a leading European Waste-to-Product innovator as part of the WorkNomads network. Our client transforms over 14 million tons of waste per year into high-purity secondary materials, acting as a cornerstone of the circular economy in the Benelux region and beyond. From managing complex logistics for major international airports to enabling zero-waste strategies for diplomatic and global entities, this project sits at the forefront of environmental innovation.
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Success Advisor to support our Benelux partners in their journey towards a 75% recycling rate by 2030. In this role, you are not just providing support – you are helping drive circularity every day.
Your role
You will be the first point of contact for our Benelux customers and partners, handling a variety of multichannel interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Operational excellence: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to logistics, including scheduling, deliveries, and routing checks.
- Digital support: Guide customers through the online portal so they can use their circularity tools effectively.
- Account management: Resolve contract and billing questions and handle complaints with a solution-focused mindset.
- Strategic escalation: Identify complex cases and ensure timely escalation to second-line specialists when needed.
- Case ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of customer cases via phone and email, ensuring transparency and “Waste No More” efficiency.
Who you are
You are a digitally savvy professional who enjoys helping customers and solving problems in a structured way.
- Languages: C2/native Dutch (spoken and written) and at least C1 English.
- Experience: Ideally 2+ years of multichannel customer care experience with one employer, showing stability and growth.
- Problem-solver: Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to find suitable solutions to complex logistical questions.
- Tech-comfortable: Confident using CRM tools and digital portals.
- Collaborative: While you work remotely, you are available and willing to join on-site training and team-building events with the client and the WorkNomads community.
- Contract & location: You are based in the European Union and comfortable working as a B2B / freelance contractor.
If you don’t tick every single box but feel this role and mission are a strong match for you, we still encourage you to apply. We value potential, learning mindset, and adaptability.
What you get
We believe in freedom to work, your way – combined with a stable, professional setup.
- Monthly salary: Competitive monthly salary of €2,100.
- Flexible workplace: Work remotely from your home base anywhere within the EU, in line with local regulations.
- Balanced schedule: Standard Western European day shifts, with no evening or weekend rotations.
- Home office support: Monthly allowance to support your home office infrastructure (local taxes may apply, depending on your country’s legislation).
- Professional growth: Client-led training on circular economy practices and waste-to-product technologies, plus WorkNomads-provided training to support your professional development.
