b) Excluding accommodation: 1300-1400€ gross/month

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Freelance Remote International Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions, primarily focusing on roles abroad where fluency in German is required. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
