Customer Advisor – Banking Sector – French Speaker in Lisbon

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist bank customers via phone, chat, and email with inquiries about products and services
• Provide professional support in resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

Your Profile:

• Native-level fluency in French and good command of English
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work or residency permit required
