German-Speaking Country Manager/Account Manager
Gaming & Casino Sector
€60,000 – €70,000 + Generous Bonus + Relocation & Visa Support
Locations: Malta | Gibraltar | Dubai
About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, German-speaking Country Manager to drive business growth and manage key partnerships within the Casino, Slots, and Live Games sector.
You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying new Business 2 Business opportunities, developing relationships with operators, and presenting our innovative gaming solutions with confidence.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international company where you’ll help shape success and expand market presence in German-speaking territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and introductions.
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline, with a focus on unregulated markets.
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships, understanding client needs and providing consultative solutions.
- Become a Product Expert, confidently presenting our Casino, Slots, and Live Games offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Develop and maintain sales materials, presentations, and commercial proposals.
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential clients.
- Report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market developments.
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to design initiatives that support new business growth.
Experience Required
- Native German speaker with fluent English communication skills.
- Proven experience in gaming or gambling, preferably in a B2B sales or account management role targeting the German market.
- Strong network of C-level contacts within the industry.
- Deep understanding of casino, slots, and live casino products.
- Experience developing and executing successful sales strategies (regional or global).
- Marketing knowledge and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
