Your responsibilities and impact working as a Marketing Manager will be:

  • Taking care of the end-to-end management of performance marketing activities across social media channels and working closely with the PPC partner agencies to implement, optimize and report on performance
  • Working closely with mangement to determine building a marketing plan, and understanding what is needed from a commercial stand point
  • Executing paid social media campaigns with a strong focus on paid facebook advertising as key driver
  • Handling the social media presence to ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement with a focus on paid tactics
  • Understanding the competition and using best practices to drive demand and conversion especially through facebook advertising
  • Setting specific objectives and report on ROI ( followers, Engagement, Noise, Traffic and conversion)
  • Collaborating with other teams, like sales, content, brand to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicating with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Ensuring the budget is spent across social channels efficiently
  • Partnering with the Head of Creative and Branding to develop and leverage engaging content in pursuit of continuous innovation in the lead generation & engagement driven activities
  • Being responsible for the end-to-end lead generation experience driven by social media campaigns, including landing pages, lead form optimization, and real-time optimization, including Website experience

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • You have a good understanding and proven experience of data and growing channels
  • You have the ability to work independently 
  • You are fluent in English (any other language is a plus)
  • Previous experience in real estate/ luxury industries
  • You are highly analytical and data driven with experience in multi-channel strategy 
  • You have experience with Google Sheets/Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suit (or equivalant)
  • You have a creative and innovative mindset 
  • You are able to understand quality content in line with a strategic goal and ability to drive external freelance work
