We are hiring freelance English & Greek speaking Online Data Analyst’s for a project aimed at improving the content and quality of digital maps, which are used by millions of users globally. The job would suit someone who is detail-oriented, likes doing research and has a good knowledge of national and local geography. 


Requirements:

Full Professional Proficiency in English & Greek
You must be living in Greece the last 2 consecutive years
Ability to follow guidelines and do research online using search engines, online maps and website information
You must have familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media and cultural affairs in Greece
Being open to work across a diverse set of Task Types (e.g. Maps, News, Audio tasks, Relevance)
Applicants must be 18 years or over. 
Working on this project will require you to go through a standard recruitment process (including passing an open book assessment). This is a long-term project and your work will occasionally be subject to quality assurance checks.

What you will do in this role
As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:
- Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.

We are seeking a dynamic and playful colleague to join our team as a Game Presenter. In this role, you will present live games to our online customers and based on some exceptional business demand; prepare and shuffle playing cards in accordance with procedures and schedules. In practical terms you might expect to perform mostly as a Game Presenter with potential hours or shifts on demand with other tasks such as shuffling and attending various games.

To be “the face” of the company delivering expert knowledge and superior gaming quality
To represent and maintain Pragmatic Play brand by consistently adhering to the company presentation and grooming policy
To present all games in the required professional manner, showcasing exceptional presenting skills at all times in line with the company performance expectations
The ability to engage players
To maintain a professional level of technical proficiency in all games with the ability to remain fully aware of your performance at all times and ensure compliance with the Pragmatic Play brand guidelines
To have an active role in the company’s continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company

What makes you a strong candidate:     

Fluency in Greek is a must
Good presenting skills

Must be able to maintain high energy levels for the duration of games that require a more animated performance
