Turkish speaking Partner Account Manager

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Role: Turkish Partner Account Manager

Salary: 1,069.22€ gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus and meal allowance) plus free accomodation (or 1,360.89€ gross p/m if you choose the option without accomodation)

Working Hrs:  40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support huge international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment.  

The Role:

As a Partner Account Manager you will support content creators of a very well known video sharing platform. In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of content creators in order to maintain and improve content creators’ engagement with the platform. Your aim is to develop and optimize their channel and you are responsible for increasing platform usage and content creator adoption of various tools and features. Portfolio managament and handling a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through video calls, email and phone calls are part of your daily tasks. This is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets as well as be part of a larger team. 

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Turkish and English
• Previous customer support or sales experience
• Willingness to learn
• Interest in Social Media
