Team Leader Administration & Sales Operations (Spanish Speaker)

This Swiss-based client is currently on the search for their new Team Leader (that will include the role of Sales Operations) for their Barcelona-HQ, family-run business that is now operating worldwide, within numerous industries such as Graphics, Packaging, Garment and leather and technical textile & composites for almost 40 years where they have been developing, manufacturing, and marketing modular cutting systems and are well recognized as market leaders in their space offering the highest quality of goods + service. The successful candidate for this position will have an experienced background in leading a team and in full-cycle sales processes.

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Team Leader will be:

  • Oversee all operational tasks (warehouse, logistics, sales order processing, invoicing) at ZIB, including ongoing process-/operations controlling (dashboards, reports, etc.)
  • Manage machine and upgrade orders from creation to billing, including sales order creation, down payment invoicing, ordering machines, generating purchase orders, managing logistics, coordinating installation and hand-over
  • Oversee and coordinate sales projects, independently organizing specific tasks
  • Communicate with HQ, suppliers, Sales Reps, and Service coordinators regarding order status and customer inquiries
  • Record data in Salesforce and ERP systems, prioritize tasks based on data
  • Organize international logistics for orders
  • Manage machine payment collections
  • Organize trade show logistics and maintain demo stock
  • Handle software renewal billing
  • Customer management in ERP/CRM systems, including setting up and updating customer accounts
  • Maintain master data in ERP system
  • Invoicing services such as maintenance, repairs, and service contracts

Skills, Qualifications and Interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • 3-5 years in a similar role (Operations / Order processing of industrial goods/machines)
  • Fluent/Native Spanish English
  • Capable of having excellent communication between various departments
  • Ability to understand and train complex business processes
  • Excellent task-/ time-/ and self-management
  • Fully eligible to work within the EU without sponsorship
