Role: Swedish speaking Customer Service Agent - WFH in Ireland

Location: Work from home

Office: You can work in their Dundalk office OR you can work from home anywhere in Ireland

Salary: Basic 24,000 Euro gross p/a

Their workforce is from over 30 different countries with 19 working languages, we give on-going training to provide you with the tools to be successful.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent you will receive incoming calls and emails from business clients in Norway and you will answer queries in relation to products, orders and deliveries. You will cross and upsell when you can and be able to build rapport. Attention to detail is very important as you will be sending the orders to the print department and there will often be messages and phrases printed on their goods. Other responsibilities include:

• Build strong business relationships
• Work closely within a team, teamwork is very important
• Handle sensitive customer data responsibly
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls daily

Job requirements

• Customer Service experience desired, but not essential as we provide extensive paid training
• Remain Professional under pressure
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and have a positive personality
• Be open and coachable, be persistent and a good team player
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Dundalk is the county town of County Louth, Ireland. It is on the East coast of Ireland,on the Castletown River which flows into Dundalk Bay, and is near the border with Northern Ireland, halfway between Dublin and Belfast. Economically, it's a great location to work!
