We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Representative to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits: 

- Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00

Salary 17 000 euros gross/year + up to 1200 euros gross/year in bonus

What you’ll experience with us

As a Customer Representativein our team, you will:

- Take incoming contacts (via telephone and email) and solve users’ demands

- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA

- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual clients

- Understand the customer profile and maintain appropriate communication in relation to it.

We’ll be a great match if you:

- Are native or proficient in Spanish and fluent in English

- Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need

- Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution

- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment. As well as teamwork skills

- Are initiative and have availability to receive trainings and adaptation skills

- Have poven expertise in client services regarding fashion or boutique experience

- Have interest and passion for fashion as well as knowledge of the latest fashion trends

- Have proven expertise in E-commerce client service (after purchase)

- Knowledge of emotional intelligence that allows the agent to identify a customer's problem and solve it in an empathetic way

- Have proven expertise in Payment Method platforms
