Role: Slovak speaking Customer Advisor
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week, rotational between Monday to Sunday 10:00 – 18:30

They are currently recruiting for a Slovak Customer Advisor for one of their travel industry projects.
As a Slovak speaking Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customer via inbound calls, emails and live chat and will advice them in relation to holiday bookings as well as any add-ons like car rentals etc. Furthermore you will answer queries in relation to a variety of issues e.g. lost luggage, insurance queries etc. Listening to your customers needs, taking ownership of their issues and first time resolution is important in this role.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Slovak and English
- Previous customer experience
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop
Salary and benefits
Basic salary between 1,300 Euros gross p/m depending on experience plus monthly performance bonuses.
