We are looking for a Norwegian speaking – Mentor to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits at Webhelp:

-Full-time temporary contract 39 hours/week: Monday - Thursday 9:00 to 18:00 Friday 9:00 to 17:00 or 10:00 to 18:00

-Salary: 17,923 Euros gross/year + up to 2,200 Euros gross/year in bonus-Great office location in Barcelona

-Friends hunting (referral) bonus

-Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working on

What you’ll experience at Webhelp

As a Mentor in our team, you will:

-Check sensitive cases (and update the sensitive file)

-Do daily workload distribution/daily planning

-Do daily follow-up on workload for the team

-Brief the team on promotions/products and follow-up on these topics

-Support as first contact person for any country related issues

-Support agents and BO with DTC & Tassimo issues

-Communicate with DTC & Tassimo management daily

-Call and case monitor (TAM)

-Follow up on specific cases as per BO requests

-Be the point of contact for various marketing teams

-Deliver country specific training for new agents

-Be flexible for shifts/sat needed

-Take part in team meetings/conference calls with BO

We’ll be a great match if you have:

- A native or proficient in Norwegian + Fluent in English and Swedish

- Excellent customer care skills

- Ent verbal and written communication skills

- Know-how customer’s technical procedures (preferred)

- Creative problem resolution abilities

- Team player attitude

- Positive attitude and are proactive.

It would be a plus if you have:

- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
