We help our customers by phone, chat, social media, and email. Your main responsibilities will be to answer questions and find solutions for problems related to cruise bookings, accounts, invoices and more. 

To fit into the role of customer service employee, you need to be good at finding solutions and humble.


What are we looking for:

  • You are ready for a new adventure and you can start on the 19th June 2023
  • A positive attitude and eager to provide an excellent service
  • Comfortable using a telephone as a work tool
  • Willing to be upskilled and work with numerous clients at one time
  • You have fluent Norwegian or Swedish skills - written and spoken
  • You have good understanding of English language
