Medical Affairs Specialist (English Speaker)

Our client is looking for a detail-orientated Medical Affairs Specialist to join their growing international innovation company.

Your responsibilities and impact as Project Manager will be:

• Assistance in creating, gathering, and assessing slides
• Organizing Key Opinion Leaders' involvement in educational events (such as live surgeries or workshops)
• Maintaining regular interaction and assistance to ensure consistent messaging alignment among stakeholders
• Offering medical and scientific insights for content creation or reviewing promotional materials
• Delivering training to sales teams and managing medical education requests
• Thoroughly analyzing medical literature and converting it into actionable messages, including summarizing literature
• Supporting the management of essential Medical Affairs documents and advising on proper company claim usage
• Providing on-site assistance to stakeholders regarding Medical Affairs content

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You have a University degree in healthcare or relevant studies (preferably Medical Doctor, Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner).
• You have minimal experience of 1 year in a Medical Affairs department or healthcare setting.
• You have full professional proficiency in English (Spanish will be a plus)
• You are available to travel to local, regional, and international conferences (20%)
• You are a detailed-oriented person with excellent project management skills
