Your responsibilities and Impact as a Materials Sourcing Manager: 
Taking charge of the procurement team, overseeing their performance and fostering their professional growth.
Formulating and monitoring the stock safety policy to ensure adequate stock coverage and swiftly addressing capacity challenges.
Spearheading the management of critical stockouts and promptly escalating incidents requiring immediate attention.
Collaborating in the introduction of new products, closely monitoring procurement needs planning, and effectively communicating updates to the Project Manager.
Diligently tracking and reporting on procurement KPIs, devising and executing strategies to achieve targeted goals.

Requirements:
A university degree in Engineering, with a strong focus on Supply Chain.
You possess approximately 6 years of hands-on experience in sourcing materials and/or components or similar positions, with a proven track record in leading and motivating teams.
Team leadership experience is a must have.
Demonstrating advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, Office, and PowerBi.
Fluent in Spanish & English. Additional languages such as French & Italian are considered a bonus.
