We are looking for a Scandinavian language-Speaking Junior Operations Manager to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

What you’ll experience with us
As a Junior Operations Manager in our team, you will:
- Manage all the operational aspects of the project together with the Program Manager and Team leader group
- Maintain solution oriented daily dialog with our business partner
- Forward planning, communication and implementation
- Provide recruitment flow support and control
- Improve & motivate focus and actions
- Supervise, coach, train and motivate the Team Leaders
- Mantain B2B compliance, Quality Assurance and KPI performance and process fulfilment
- Preserve company administrational and legal standard
We’ll be a great match if you:
- Are native or proficient in a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) and advanced in English
- Possess previous management experience for at least 2 years, proven leadership skills and managemental success stories
- Are able to manage relationships at all B2B levels across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Are an open and inspirational leader with highly developed communication, listening, influencing, support and problem solving skills with a proven track record of managing and developing customer service teams
- Have the ability to establish work priorities and work on your own initiative
- Possess the ability to develop reports (Good IT user, Excel, MS Office skills)
- Have spotless history of economic records
It would be a plus if you:
- Possess finance or banking experience
- Have a relevant university degree in finance or business management
- Have Contact Centre experience
