Salary: between 1550-1850 Euro gross p/m depending on experience plus monthly performance bonuses
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week, rotational between Monday to Friday 09:00 – 19:00

Our client is a global leader in customer experience and technology services, providing innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. In their multilingual hub in Athens, Greece they are supporting more than 25 languages. It's a fantastic international setting, with amazing career opportunities. They are currently recruiting for a French speaking Account Manager.
As an Account Manager, you will represent a renowned American computer software company specializing in illustration and design software packages. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring smooth software functionality, addressing queries, and maximizing their usage of the software. Additionally, you will proactively explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities while ensuring timely completion of license renewals. Furthermore, you will handle incoming inquiries via phone and live chat from potential new clients, attentively listening to their requirements and providing guidance on various products and licensing options.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in French and English
- Previous sales experience
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate, experience with illustration and design software a plus
- Eagerness to learn and develop
Salary and benefits
Basic salary between 1,550-1,850 Euros gross p/m depending on experience plus monthly performance bonuses.
