Role: German speaking Travel Advisor for Singapore Airlines
Salary: 1300€ gross per month + up to 200€ monthly performance bonus. Training completion bonus of 500€
Relocation: Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 2 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.

For their travel client Singapore Airlines, they are looking for enthusiastic Travel Advisors to support the German market.
Join our client's Singapore Airlines project as a Travel Advisor and embark on an exciting journey of delivering exceptional customer service in their CX delivery centre. As a renowned global airline, we are seeking passionate individuals with a knack for travel and a talent for providing personalized assistance to our valued customers.
- Handle inbound calls and provide expert assistance to customers regarding flight reservations, ticketing, itinerary changes, and general travel inquiries.
- Offer recommendations and advice on travel destinations, flight options, and additional services to enhance the customer's travel experience.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel policies, visa requirements, baggage allowances, and other relevant travel-related details.
- Assist customers with loyalty program inquiries, miles redemption, and membership benefits to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism throughout the interaction.
The successful candidate should have:
- Passion for travel and a strong understanding of the airline/travel industry.
- Fluent in German
- Good command of English
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with patience and composure.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not mandatory.
