Transcom is a global customer experience specialist providing excellence in customer care, sales, technical support and credit management services. We have 30,000 customer experience specialists, based in 85 centres across 27 countries, working in 33 languages and due to our recent success we are expanding again!


No two days are the same, however on a typical day you will aim to support in creating an outstanding candidate experience, secure demanding hiring needs, build our brand & improve our tools and processes. You will:

Support hiring teams to ensure that the best talent is hired, by taking care of the end-to-end recruitment processes; from job ad creation, selection of candidates, conducting interviews & assessments to offer & on-boarding.

Identify relevant sourcing channels, for mainly roles within Nordic speaking customer service.

Work hands-on in improving our various candidate touch points; through improving our recruitment tools & processes.

Contribute in building & strengthening our employer brand through internal and external channels, for attracting Transcom's most valuable assets – our people!

Ensure that the multiple recruitment needs are fulfilled within the SLAs and deadlines.

Develop and maintain relations with stakeholders across functions and geographies.


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a part of a diverse Northern European TA community & report to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader in Spain. We prioritize fun & balance, trust & transparency and you will be provided many opportunities to grow & develop with us. You will be based in Malaga or Alicante, Spain and will work closely with the Spanish Nearshore team in Costa Del Sol, who collectively ensure the best candidate journey, while helping each other to develop & grow. Read more about us at
