Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service and support to Icelandic-speaking customers via various channels (phone, email, live chat).
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to communicate customer feedback, trends, and concerns.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our company's fishing products, promotions, and industry-related information.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company and promoting a positive image to customers.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both written and spoken Icelandic. Excellent command of English is also required for internal communication.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the fishing or related industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and provide exceptional service to customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software, email, and other relevant tools.
- Passionate about the fishing industry and knowledgeable about fishing products and equipment.
