Customer Benefits Advisor in Fuerteventura (German Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Benefits Advisor:

• Supporting customers with different internal requests via phone and E-Mail
• Being responsible for the positive reputation of a major brand
• Acting in the interest of the customer and the company to resolve complaints mutually with a compromise

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You are a native German Speaker 
• Having a valid work permit for Spain (required)
• You have a degree in the commercial field (clerk, assistant, etc.) - which can be either an apprenticeship or an university degree
• Excellent communication skills
• You feel comfortable advising customers on sensitive data
• The ability to break down complicated issues in a simple and understandable way
• You are open-minded and looking for a job abroad
