Role: French speaking customer service for Credit company

Salary: €890 p/m (14 salary payments) Plus possible performance bonus of €200 p/m, €50 p/m complexity bonus, €7.23 per working day meal allowance, free health insurance after 6 months

Working hours: 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday: 09.00 - 19.00

Relocation: Flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/m

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon

The Role

As a French speaking Customer Advisor, you will be working for a company who are currently the leading instant credit provider in Europe. Using constant innovation, cutting-edge technology and exceptional user experience, they have allowed nearly a million customers to have access to instant, simple and transparent credit to refurbish their home, go on holiday, or buy a new smartphone. Your role would be to handle calls and emails to help customers with questions and advise clients about the different products. 

Requirements

• Fluent French and English
• Computer agility
• Previous customer support experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
